Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be prepared in writing and sent by email to iaesp.eu@gmail.com

EGC 2024 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.

• Cancellations received until 15 May 2026 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%. 
• Cancellations received by 15 May 2026 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid. 
• Cancellations received after 24 May 2026: No refund can be made. 

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or request a refund 

EGC 2026 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation by EGC 2026 Organizing Committee, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. 

It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize sessions to achieve maximum benefit for all.
