EGC 2026 – 4th European GREEN Conference

Invitation Letter

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to join the 4th European GREEN Conference – EGC 2026, which will be held at Hotel Olympia SKY in Vodice, Croatia, from 26 to 29 May 2026.

Through the organization of previous European GREEN Conferences, we have successfully brought together scientists and experts from diverse fields, while presenting over 500 papers, highlighting the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to addressing the challenges of climate change, environmental protection, and the implementation of sustainable development guidelines.

In addition to the opportunity for knowledge exchange and the generation of new ideas, the European GREEN Conference has proven to be an excellent platform for establishing new contacts and collaborations.

Starting this year, we are introducing two new features:

– Multidisciplinary Student LAB, aimed at empowering students in their first steps into the professional and scientific world, and encouraging young researchers to present their work and connect with experts from academia and industry. Participation for students in this section is free of charge.

– GREEN Project Zone, designed to give leaders and collaborators of scientific and professional projects the opportunity to present EU-funded projects in a multidisciplinary environment. This section provides a platform for disseminating results, exchanging knowledge, engaging stakeholders, and fostering new collaborations and project ideas. Project presentations are free of charge for all participants who have already paid one of the EGC 2026 registration fees.

We invite you to join us in the beautiful town of Vodice and contribute, through your oral or poster presentations, to achieving the goals of the European Green Deal, including climate neutrality, biodiversity protection, and sustainable food systems, while also supporting the global United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We also welcome companies and consultants to present their products and services related to environmental monitoring and protection, the application of green technologies, technological solutions, and consulting through sponsored lectures, demonstration sessions, or equipment and materials exhibitions.

The 4th European GREEN Conference is organized by the International Association of Environmental Scientists and Professionals (IAESP) and the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, with the support of partner institutions.
