Early-bird Registration Fee  – 400 EUR

Regular Registration Fee – 500 EUR
After 5 April 2026

Postgraduate Students Registration Fee – 350 EUR
(certification needed)

Undergraduate Students Registration Fee** – 0 EUR
(certification needed – registration obligatory)

Accompanying Person Fee ** – 325 EUR

Virtual Registration Fee – 180 EUR

(poster presentations only)

Additional abstract/paper (>2 abstracts/papers) – 85 EUR / per abstract/paper

All registration fees include VAT (25%).

Registration fees cover access to all events of the four-day EGC 2026, conference materials, an e-certificate of attendance, an e-book of abstracts and e-proceedings, a welcome cocktail (26/05/2026), conference dinner (27/05/2026), snack dinner (28/05/2026), and an educational trip (entrance ticket, food and drink) (29/05/2026).

* Undergraduate Students Registration Fee – includes access to all lectures only, with no additional services included (26-28/05/2026). The registration is obligatory.

** Accompanying person fee – includes welcome cocktail (26/5/2026), conference dinner (27/05/2026), snack dinner (28/05/2026), and an educational trip (entrance ticket, food and drink) (29/05/2026).

Important notice:

  • It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize EGC 2026 with maximum benefit for all.
  • Each participant may present up to 2 papers with one registration. Additional papers will be charged a fee of 85 € per paper.
  • Student registration fee is intended for studies of bachelor and master studies, as well as students of specialist and doctoral studies.
  • A copy of a valid student certificate is required to benefit from the student registration fee.
  • Bank transfer payment method implies the bank expenses and the administrative fee which are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.
