Early-bird Registration Fee  – 280 EUR + VAT*

*Note: PDV/VAT rate in Croatia is 25%.

Registration fees include participation in the full four-day program of EGC 2026, conference materials, an e-certificate of participation, an e-book of abstracts, an e-proceedings book, EGC 2026, as well as a welcome cocktail (May 26, 2026), conference dinner (May 27, 2026), snack dinner (May 28, 2026), and an educational excursion (ticket and meal, May 29, 2026).

  • Undergraduate and graduate student registration – The free student registration includes conference accreditation, an e-certificate of participation, the opportunity to present a paper free of charge (poster presentation – abstract must be submitted no later than April 27, 2026), participation in the official opening of EGC 2026 (May 27, 2026), and attendance at panels, oral presentations, and the poster session (May 27–28, 2026).
  • The free student registration does not include: the welcome cocktail (May 26, 2026), conference dinner (May 27, 2026), snack dinner (May 28, 2026), or the educational excursion (May 29, 2026).

Important notice:

  • It is suggested that you register with the early-bird fee to help us plan the conference programme on time and organize EGC 2026 with maximum benefit for all.
  • Each participant may present up to 2 papers with one registration. Additional papers will be charged a fee of 50 EUR + VAT* per paper.
  • Student registration fee is intended for studies of bachelor and master studies, as well as students of specialist and doctoral studies.
  • A copy of a valid student certificate is required to benefit from the student registration fee.
  • Bank transfer payment method implies the bank expenses and the administrative fee which are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.
