Instructions for oral presentations
Plenary lectures – 25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
Invited lectures – 20-minute presentation + 5 minutes discussion
Oral presentations – 12-minute presentation + 2 minutes discussion
Project presentations – 10-minute presentation + discussion at the end of section
* presentations may be in English or Croatian. We ask speakers who will speak on the Croatian language to prepare Power Point presentation in English.
* lectures are kindly asked to adhere to the time set for oral presentations
Speakers are kindly asked to send their presentation to the Organization Commentate no later than 26th May 2026 (10 am) by e-mail: iaesp.egc@gmail.com.
Instructions for presentations
PCs and projectors will be available in all halls.
PCs will be used at the Conference; presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) (2003 or later). Macintosh users must export their presentation as an MS PowerPoint file.
Videos need to be compressed and formatted as .mp4 video H.264 video and AAC audio (MPEG-4 AVC).
LCD projector format: The standard projector format in congress halls is 4:3.
If you would like to present from your own laptop, please notify the organizer no later than 23rd May 2026 (8 pm) by iaesp.egc@gmail.com.
Speakers are kindly asked to stay in the hall during the time foreseen for discussion.
Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for Plenary Lectures).
