Instructions for poster presentations

Authors are asked to prepare posters with dimensions: 100 cm high x 70 cm wide (vertically).

Posters should be prepared in English or English/Croatian language.

We kindly ask to post your posters and displayed at least 15 minutes before (Hall Olympia – until 8:55) the scheduled session will start.

e-Posters (aditional option)

We ask authors to send us their posters in a PDF format for poster presentation on the conference website.

e-posters in the specified form should be sent to the Organisation Commentate on the EGC 2023 by e-mail address: iaesp.egc@gmail.com by May 21, 2023.

Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for Plenary Lectures).
