ABSTRACTS

INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS

PCs and LCD projectors are available in all halls.

Speakers are kindly asked to submit their PPTX presentation at least one day in advance.

Presentation time is limited to 12 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion.

Lecturers are kindly asked to remain in the hall during the allotted time for discussion.

Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid.

All presentations will take place at the foreseen time.

ABSTRACT / PAPER SUBMISSION

ABSTRACT and FULL PAPERS should be named as EGC_first author’s surname (e.g. EGC_Surname) and should be sent to the e-mail address: iaesp.egc@gmail.com.

The submission e-mail should also contain the thematic area to which the abstract belongs, and the desired type of presentation (oral or poster).

If one author submits more than one paper, a number is added to the surname (Surname1, Surname2).

We kindly ask authors to prepare abstract/paper according to the instructions, and submit them before the deadline so that they can be included in the Programme, Book of Abstracts and Proceedings of the EGC 2026.

Submission of full paper is not mandatory.

PROCEEDINGS AND PUBLICATION OF PAPERS

All the papers presented at the conference will be published in EGC Proceedings. Papers presented in EGC 2026, will be submitted for review in the supporting journals for inclusion in special issues after the normal peer review process of the journals.

Once published, EGC 2026 Proceeding will be submitted for evaluation and possible coverage in Web of Science Core Collection™ Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

SUPPORTING JOURNALS

The ECG’s Scientific Committee and Editorial Boards of the supporting journals will select the papers that will be considered for the publication in supporting journals.

Only papers written in English will be considered for the publication in supporting journals.
